Grievance Procedure

This procedure provides employees with a structured process to raise and resolve workplace grievances. Employees have the right to lodge a grievance regarding their work situation or conditions of employment, and the company commits to addressing such matters fairly and without unreasonable delay.
 
The procedure follows a step-by-step escalation process, starting with the immediate supervisor and progressing to higher levels of management if the matter remains unresolved. Employees may be represented by a colleague or shop steward, may call witnesses, and are protected from victimisation when lodging a grievance.
