Residential Lease Agreement (Linked to Employment)

This agreement governs accommodation provided by an employer to an employee as part of their employment. It sets out the terms of occupation, including rent and utilities, use of the premises, and the employee’s responsibilities while residing on the employer’s property.
 
The agreement also confirms that the right of occupation is linked to the employee’s continued employment and will terminate when the employment relationship ends, subject to applicable housing and tenancy laws.
