Sexual Harassment Workplace Survey

This anonymous survey helps employers assess the prevalence and nature of sexual harassment in the workplace. It allows employees to confidentially report experiences of inappropriate behaviour, ranging from offensive comments and unwanted messages to serious forms of harassment.
